The Calm Room by Courtney

We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please do so online or by contacting Courtney O’Neal at 314-546-7900. The Calm Room by Courtney requires cancellation/rescheduling to be done 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment for ALL services. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No Call/No Show clients will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late to appointment will be required to reschedule and will be charged 50% of scheduled service. The Calm Room by Courtney does not issue refunds for ANY services rendered. However, if you are not satisfied with the services, you are required to return to the spa within 1 week of your appointment. At this time, every effort will be made to make adjustments to your satisfaction. Adjustments are available to you at no cost only within the first week of your initial service.
